TeamSense Clock-Out Social WiM WACA West Coast Bash

A hidden bar, roaring 20s, and the best people you met today. Your invitation is waiting.

Date: Wednesday, May 27, 2026

Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Venue: A secret lounge in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter (exact address revealed upon confirmation)

Get on the Guest List

The sessions end at five, the fun start at six. Clock out and come on in!

We're taking over a hidden bar tucked inside the Gaslamp Quarter, a proper speakeasy with candlelight and craft drinks. If you've ever walked past it without knowing it was there, that's the point. Once you're confirmed, we'll send you everything you need to find it.

Pull out your best flapper dress and grab a feather boa for an evening away from the breakout rooms with a curated group of WACA West Coast Bash attendees and invited manufacturing leaders. Join us at our Clock-out Social for craft cocktails, delicious food, and a vintage photo booth to prove you were actually there. Come as you are, or come as a 1920s legend. Either works.

What To Expect

• Open bar with manufacturing-inspired cocktails — the kind you'll want to remember (and probably won't)
• Heavy appetizers to keep the evening going strong
• A vintage photo booth straight out of the 1920s — grab a fedora, strike a pose, and take home proof you were there
• An invite-only guest list of fellow leaders: the exact room you'd want to be in at the end of day two.

Reserve Your Seat

This invite-only evening is for a select group of West Coast Bash attendees: manufacturing executives, plant leaders, HR, and operations leaders plus a handful of invited local manufacturing leaders we've added to the mix. If you received this invitation, you're on the VIP list.

Seats are limited and this one is invite-only. Request your spot below and we'll confirm your attendance along with everything you need to find us, including the address. Confirmed attendees will receive the full address and arrival instructions before the event. The venue is easy to miss; we'll make sure you don't. Don't wait; we're keeping the list tight.
